值此中国—东盟商务与投资峰会创办20周年之际，我向各位领袖及峰会秘书处表示热烈祝贺。峰会自创办以来一直是一个重要的平台，有力促进了区域间政商界的高层对话和观点交流。
Congratulations to all leaders and secretariat members of China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit or CABIS on your 20th anniversary celebration. Since its beginnings, CABIS has been a pivotal and significant platform that fosters high-level dialogues and facilitates exchanges of perspectives between businesses and governments in the region.

新加坡工商联合总会很荣幸能参与这一积极倡议。近年来，中国与新加坡建立起全方位高质量的前瞻性伙伴关系，为两国拓展不同主题合作奠定了基础。
Singapore Business Federation is honored to play a part in this proactive initiative.Our recent commitment to the 'All-Round High-Quality Future-Oriented Partnership' has laid the groundwork for the region to expand its collaborations across various topics.

这些合作包括调解“一带一路”倡议争端，以及食品安全、贸易、环境和水体研究等相关问题。我们还希望能在数字经济和绿色经济等前瞻性领域建立新的合作关系。这也与中新两国新型合作议题相契合。
These range from mediating disputes arising from the Belt and Road Initiative to issues pertaining to food safety, trade, and research studies in the fields of environment and water. We are also eager to embark on fresh partnerships in forward-looking domains, such as digital and green economies.This aligns with the emerging collaborative agenda within our region.

作为峰会的共办方之一，新加坡工商联合总会见证了地区及国际各政府组织代表以及商界领袖和行业专家的积极参与。这一合作机制有助于推动高层对话，加强经贸合作，促进中国和东盟地区人文交流。
As one of the co-hosts of CABIS, SBF has witnessed active participation from the representatives of governmental organizations regionally and internationally,alongside business leaders and industry experts. This cooperative mechanism has proven instrumental in catalysing high-level dialogues, strengthening economic and trade cooperation, and fostering people-to-people interactions within our region.

我衷心感谢所有为往届峰会做出重大贡献的参与者。在可预见的未来，我们期待各方之间有更多的战略讨论。通过携手合作，我们可以共同应对区域供应链中的挑战。东盟10国和中国领导人正在探索如何提高《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》（RCEP）成员国接受率和增强协同效应。
Heartfelt commendations to all participants who have contributed significantly to the previous editions of CABIS. In the foreseeable future, we expect even more strategic discussions. By working together, we can address challenges within our regional supply chains collaboratively. The ASEAN+1 leaders are exploring strategies for higher level of adoption and synergies among RCEP member countries.

RCEP加强了整个地区的经济互联互通，让企业能更好利用本区域的商机。让我们在峰会愿景下团结一致，延续我们的发展、合作与繁荣之旅。
RCEP enhances economic connectivity across the region, offering businesses access to the vast opportunities in our region.Let us continue our shared journey of growth, cooperation, and prosperity, united by the vision that CABIS embodies.
