马来西亚中华总商会会长：峰会为新形势下的国际经贸发展开拓更广阔多元的合作领域

　　第20届中国—东盟商务与投资峰会即将召开，我代表马来西亚中华总商会致以最热烈的祝贺。走过20年历程的中国—东盟商务与投资峰会，在促进中国与东盟经贸往来、投资合作发挥了积极作用，为各界搭建务实、重要的交流平台，加强相互了解和信任，使中国—东盟关系成为亚太区域合作中最具活力的典范。

　　The 20th China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (CABIS) is around the corner. On behalf of the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia, abbreviated as ACCCIM, I’d like to extend my warmest congratulations. Over the past 20 years, CABIS has played an active role in promoting exchanges in economic and trade fields and investment cooperation between China and ASEAN countries. It serves as a practical and principal communication platform to strengthen mutual learning and trust and thus makes China-ASEAN relations the most vibrant example of regional cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region.

　　后疫情时代下，中国—东盟关系更需稳中求进，应充分善用中国—东盟博览会及中国—东盟商务与投资峰会这两大平台，为新形势下的国际经贸发展探索新路径，开拓更广阔多元的合作领域，实现各领域互联互通及可持续发展。

　　In the post-Covid-19 era, China and ASEAN should give priority to stability while pursuing progress in their interaction. Both sides should make full use of the CAEXPO and CABIS platforms, because through the two platforms. We are able to explore diverse economic and trade cooperation in various fields, and achieve connectivity and sustainable development in the new international context.

　　RCEP的实施为中国与东盟乃至全球贸易发展注入了强劲动力，也为中国与东盟建立更紧密的经济纽带，我们期待中国—东盟商务与投资峰会。在RCEP的政策效应下，可激发更大的市场活力，继续推动成员国经贸和投资增长，同时提高各方的国际竞争力。

　　The implementation of RCEP has not only injected impetus into the trade development in China, ASEAN countries and worldwide, but also established closer economic ties between China and ASEAN. Under the auspices of RCEP’s business-friendly policies, we expect CABIS to stimulate greater market vitality in trade and investment growth among member states while making them more globally competitive.

　　马来西亚作为东盟国家之一，也一直积极推动东盟内部以及东盟与中国之间的合作。马来西亚的国家发展重点包括工业4.0、数字化、5G技术、绿色投资、可再生能源等，而中国在高科技产业、农业技术、数码领域方面的成功，都值得我们学习和借鉴。

　　As a member of ASEAN, Malaysia has actively promoted cooperation within ASEAN and between ASEAN and China. Our key industries include Industry 4.0, Digitalization, 5G, green investment, and renewable energy. China has made great strides in high-tech industries such as agricultural technology and the digital sector that we would like to learn from.

　　在中国—东盟商务与投资峰会20周年之际，我们期许中国与东盟在全面战略伙伴关系的引领下，将继续深化合作，推动更多创新、绿色和数字化的发展，实现可持续且更具包容性的经济增长。我们也希望峰会继续发挥重要作用，助力中国与东盟合作进一步深化，实现共赢。

　　On the 20th anniversary of the China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit, we look forward that guided by the comprehensive strategic partnership, China and ASEAN will deepen cooperation and implement more innovative, green and digitalized development plans to achieve sustainable and inclusive economic growth. We also hope that CABIS will play its role and further deepen the win-win cooperation between China and ASEAN.

　　马来西亚中华总商会会标。

　　马来西亚中华总商会（以下简称中总）成立于1921年7月2日，是马来西亚国内华裔商会的联合总机构，马来西亚全国总商会成员之一，其17个基本会员分布在马来西亚13个州及联邦直辖区。中总基本会员的直接和间接会员总数超过110,000 （11万）名，代表马来西亚华人公司、商家及各行业团体。
