寄语

今年是中国—东盟建立战略伙伴关系20周年，也是中国—东盟博览会和中国—东盟商务与投资峰会举办20周年。
This year marks not only the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the strategic partnership between China and ASEAN,but also the 20th anniversary of China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) and China-ASEAN Business and Investment Submit (CABIS).

20年来，峰会框架下形成了一系列品牌活动，如东盟国家领导人与中国企业CEO圆桌对话、中国—东盟商界领袖论坛、中国—东盟商事法律合作研讨会等。
In the past 20 years, the CABIS has cultivated a series of brand events,such as Round-table Dialogue between the State Leaders of ASEAN countries and the CEOs from China,China-ASEAN Business Leaders Forum and Symposium on China-ASEAN Commercial Legal Cooperation.

中国—东盟商务与投资峰会已成为中国与东盟之间级别最高、规模最大、影响最广的区域国际经贸盛会，是中国与东盟国家间高层对话、加强经贸合作、促进民间交往和代言工商的重要合作机制。在峰会上，各国工商业领袖、企业家和专家学者广泛参与并分享观点。
The CABIS has already become the most influential international trade and economic event with the highest level and the biggest scale participation.It provides an important cooperation mechanism in high-level dialogue, trade and economic cooperation, people-to-people exchanges, and representing the regional business circle on which the business leaders,entrepreneurs,and scholars can share their profound vision and thoughts.

中国—东盟商务与投资峰会为推动中国—东盟自贸区升级发展、推动RCEP实施的务实合作、以及建设国际陆海新通道做出了重要贡献。
The CABIS has made important contributions in promoting the upgrade of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, pragmatic cooperation between China and ASEAN, implementation of RCEP and the construction of the new international land-sea corridor.

自去年RCEP生效以来，越中经贸合作不断加强。中国是越南第一大贸易伙伴、第一大进口市场和第二大出口市场，越南是中国在东盟国家的第一大贸易伙伴。
Since RCEP came into effect last year, the trade and economic cooperation between Vietnam and China has kept strengthening.China is the biggest trading partner, the largest import market and the second largest export market of Vietnam, and Vietnam is the largest trading partner of China in ASEAN countries.

去年10月31日，中越两国领导人在北京会晤。双方就进一步加强和深化越中全面战略合作伙伴关系达成共识，愿加强在商品进出口、经贸投资、促进产业链和供应链稳定性、绿色发展等领域的合作。此次会晤为两国关系和合作的推进奠定了坚实的基础。
On October 31st last year,the leaders of our two parties and two countries met in Beijing. The two sides reached a consensus on further strengthening and deepening the comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership between Vietnam and China.To further strengthen the cooperation in the sectors of commodity import and export,trade and economic investment,stability of industrial chain, supply chain and green development,which lay a solid foundation for the development of bilateral relation and cooperation between our two countries.

今年初以来，中国和越南放宽了对国际旅行的疫情管控限制。我们希望两国之间的货物运输和人员往来能够尽快恢复到疫情前的正常状态。
Since the beginning of this year,China and Vietnam have eased the restriction of pandemic control for international traveling.We hope that cargo transportation and personnel exchanges between our two countries will return to normal situation before the pandemic as soon as possible.

作为峰会的共办方，我们赞成将第20届峰会框架下的中国—东盟商界领袖论坛升级为RCEP工商合作特别对话。希望以中国—东盟博览会和中国—东盟商务与投资峰会举办20周年为契机，共享中国—东盟自由贸易区建设3.0版和RCEP实施带来的新机遇，合力深化中越经贸合作，为后疫情时代中越经济复苏注入新活力。
As a co-host of CABIS,we agree that the China-ASEAN business leaders forum under the framework of the 20th CABIS to upgrade to the RECP trade and investment summit.We hope that we can take the moment of the 20th anniversary of CAEXPO and CABIS to share the new opportunity of the construction of China-ASEAN free trade area version 3.0 and the implementation of RECP.And we work together to strengthen and to deepen the trade and economic cooperation between China and Vietnam, and inject new impetus for regional economic recovery in the post-COVID-19 era.

越南工商会会标。

　　越南工商会成立于1963年，旨在促进越南与世界的贸易发展。从创立之初，越南工商会就历经变迁。战时，工商会在进出口方面保持与国外的贸易联系。战后，工商会结识更多经济实体，并与更多国家展开合作。1982年，工商会更名为越南社会主义共和国工商会并将制造业包括在其业务范围之内。随着越南实行“开放”政策，国家革新、经济增长以及越南地区和国际市场的整合，工商会也得到迅速发展。

　　1993年，工商会再次更名为越南工商会，成为越南企业的志愿性质的组织，旨在帮助加速国家社会主义经济的发展以及促进越南和世界的科技联系。
