我谨代表泰国工业联合会向中国—东盟商务与投资峰会及与会者们表示热烈的祝贺!
On behalf of the Federation of Thai Industries,I would like to extend my warmest congratulations to the CABIS and participants of this event.
 

中国—东盟商务与投资峰会在推动中国与东盟国家之间的贸易投资方面发挥了重要作用。峰会为政企对话、深化经贸合作、促进区域经济一体化提供了平台。这个平台的成功是每个参与者付出艰苦努力和奉献的例证。
CABIS has played an important role in promoting trade and investment between China and ASEAN countries. The summit has provided a platform for government-enterprise dialogue, deepening economic and trade cooperation, and promoting regional economic integration. The success of this platform is a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved.
 

今年峰会尤为特殊，因为今年是峰会创办的20周年。尽管疫情给举办带来了挑战，但主办方一直不懈努力确保峰会的成功举办。
This year’s summit is particularly special as it marks the 20th anniversary of the event. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, the organizers have worked tirelessly to ensure that this year’s summit is a success.
 

峰会同时也为中国和东盟国家的企业之间提供了一个交流联系的平台。
The summit has also served as a platform for networking and building relationships between businesses from China and ASEAN countries.
 

目前全球进入一个动荡和转型的新阶段，面临着通货膨胀、粮食和能源安全以及气候变化，我们需要适应并携手克服挑战。中泰两国在贸易和投资方面有着共同的利益，两国将从强大的互补优势和巨大的合作中受益。
As the world has entered a new phase of turbulence and transformation with inflation, food and energy security and climate change, we all need to adapt and join hands to overcome challenges. With China and Thailand's mutual interest in trade and investment, both countries would benefit from each other with strong complementary advantages and great cooperation.
 

“生物、循环、绿色经济”为中泰经济的包容和可持续发展提供新机遇，通过整合创新我们在生物多样性方面的优势，创造下一波高价值产品，保护环境。
Bio-Circular-Green Economic (or BCG) is a new opportunity for both China and Thailand to promote inclusive and sustainable growth by integrating innovation and our country’s strengths in biological diversity to create next wave of high value products and protect the environment as well.
 

此外，中国快速发展的清洁能源技术和领先的电动汽车创新技术将帮助泰国转变为一个以价值为基础、以创新为驱动的经济体。
In addition, the rapidly developing clean-energy technologies and the leading electric vehicle innovation of Chinese technologies would transform Thailand into a value-based and innovation-driven economy.
 

同时，区域全面经济伙伴关系协定（RCEP）是东盟（ASEAN）10个成员国与包括中国在内的5个自贸协定伙伴国之间达成的自由贸易协定。该协议于2020年11月15日签署，并于2022年1月1日生效。RCEP通过降低关税等贸易壁垒，在促进中国与东盟国家之间的贸易和投资、维护多元经贸关系、减少对其他市场的依赖等方面发挥了重要作用。
Last but not least, The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) is a free trade agreement between the ten member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and its five FTA partners, including China. The agreement was signed on November 15, 2020 and entered into force on January 1, 2022. The RCEP has played its important roles to boost trade and investment among China and ASEAN countries by reducing tariffs and other trade barriers, as well as, to diversify their trade relationships and reduce their dependence on other markets.
 

最后，我相信今年的峰会将再次取得巨大成功，通过汇聚区域内各国领导人交流重要议题，探索新的合作机遇，从而建立更加牢固的关系。
Finally, I am confident that this year’s summit will be another great success, bringing together leaders from across the region to discuss important issues and explore new opportunities for cooperation and to build even stronger relationships.
 

我再次祝贺峰会顺利召开并取得丰硕成果!
Once again, congratulations on the success of the CABIS platform, and I wish you all a productive and enjoyable summit.

　　泰国工业联合会（The Federation of Thai Industries，FTI）的前身为成立于1967年11月13日的泰国工业总会，1987年12月29日正式更名为泰国工业联合会，至今已有56年的历史。

　　泰国工业联合会是泰国工业部直属管辖的非营利组织，主要职责是作为泰国企业与政府间的桥梁，同时促进泰国工业的发展，成就泰国坚实的工业体系。目前泰国工业联合会有15000多家会员企业，76府均设有分会，同时分为45个行业组、4个服务中心、9个机构。
