　　我谨代表马来西亚全国总商会，向中国—东盟商务与投资峰会，创办20周年表示祝贺。
On behalf of the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia. I would like to extend my congratulations to the China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit on the Summit’s 20th anniversary.

　　中国—东盟商务与投资峰会是我们重要的伙伴机制，一直以来积极推动中国与东盟商界的交流合作。
CABIS has been an important partner in encouraging positive engagement and facilitating communication and cooperation between China and ASEAN businesses.

　　峰会通过举办论坛，为商界和政府官员提供分享创新路径、讨论经济问题的平台，深化中国—东盟友好关系。
CABIS has bolstered China-ASEAN relations by providing a forum for businesses and government officials to share innovative solutions and discuss economic issues.

　　峰会还促成实现了稳固和先进的区域经济合作框架，如“一带一路”倡议，这些机制为东盟成员国创造了机遇。
CABIS has also enabled the realization of solid and progressive regional economic cooperation frameworks, such as the Belt and Road Initiative which has created the opportunities for ASEAN member states.

　　马来西亚作为东盟成员国，从与中国的友好双边和区域关系中受益匪浅。中国连续14年成为马来西亚最大贸易伙伴，2022年双边贸易总额达到1106亿美元。去年，中国是马来西亚最大外国直接投资者，投资额达125亿美元。
Malaysia, as a member of ASEAN has greatly benefited from the strong bilateral and regional ties with China. China remains as Malaysia's largest trading partner for 14 consecutive years with total trade of US$110.6 billion in 2022 and our biggest foreign direct investor with investments amounting to US$12.5 billion.

　　在《中国—东盟自由贸易协定》和《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》的实施下，中国、马来西亚两国贸易投资联系得以深化，我们的企业得益于贸易壁垒的降低，以此推动放宽市场准入、贸易和投资规则的统一、供应链韧性的加强、交流与合作的深化，从而促进经济往来。
By leveraging on the ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement and Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership to deepen trade and investment linkages between both countries, our businesses are benefiting from the lowering of trade barriers to facilitate greater market access harmonious alignment of trade and investment norms, to strengthen supply chain resilience and deepening of exchanges and cooperation to increase economic activities.

　　面向未来，我们在共同关心的领域里探索科学技术和创新合作的意愿依然强烈。峰会是一个战略性的平台，可大力开发这些创新所产生的新机遇。
Moving forward we know that, there is a strong desire to explore science technology and innovation cooperation in areas of mutual interests and CABIS can provide a strategy leader to capitalize on opportunities created by these innovations.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to congratulate CABIS.

　　马来西亚全国总商会（National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia）于1962年由马来西亚内阁议决成立，于1974年进行重组，是马来西亚的最高贸易组织，由马来西亚中华总商会（ACCCIM）、马来西亚马来商会（DPMM）、马来西亚印度工商联会（MAICCI）、马来西亚国际工商会（MICCI）、马来西亚制造商联合会（FMM）5个厘会组成，会员人数逾70万人。

　　马来西亚全国总商会是马来西亚私营部门参与该地区和国际经济活动的主要平台，其宗旨是维护在马来西亚进行工商业活动的所有公司及个人的利益，通过开展工商业相关问题的讨论、收集及共享信息、与公共部门和私营部门进行协调、鼓励外来投资等促进区域和国际贸易，支持马来西亚工商业发展。
